Justin Sightler
CEO of Jubilee Decor
Justin is a 2006 graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Landscape Horticulture. In 2016, Justin launched Jubilee Decor. Justin works in sales and business development. Justin and his wife Sarah have three children, Emma,
Callie and Anderson. He enjoys spending time with his
family, playing golf, and fishing in his time at home.
Grant Holley
Sales Representative
Grant joined the Jubilee team in June of 2021. He is currently pursuing a degree from The University of Alabama in Business & Marketing. Grant enjoys family, fitness, football, and fireworks. He adds much to the team with his youth and enthusiasm, and is thrilled to be known as "Mr. Holley Jolly."
Dana Kennedy
Sales Representative
Dana has a degree from Auburn University and joined the team in March of 2023. She has 6 years of sales experience in the Christmas industry previously selling indoor Christmas decor. She enjoys meeting new people, staying in shape, and all things Auburn. Dana is married to Daks and has two boys at Auburn University and a daughter who proudly cheers. War Eagle!

Marketing Coordinator
Anabell joined the Jubilee team in June of 2023. She graduated from LBW Community College in 2021, and Troy University in 2023 with a degree in Communications and Art. She has worked as a marketing and communications director for her college, become the spokesperson for multiple community events, and has commissioned freelance logo designs for businesses in her hometown.
Anabell enjoys creating art, singing, and spending time with her family.
Shonna Reeves
Office Manager
Shonna Reeves serves as the Office Manager at Jubilee Decor, where she helps lead daily operations with a steady hand and a welcoming spirit. A 2002 graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Business Administration, Shonna brings a strong background in organization, customer service, and team support to her role.
Happily married and a proud mother, Shonna’s daughter, Caroline, is currently attending Auburn—carrying on a cherished family tradition. Outside the office, Shonna enjoys the slower pace of summer, spending weekends at the beach, and boating with family and friends.
Parker Kelley
Accountant
Parker joined the Jubilee team in August of 2023. He graduated from Auburn University in 2023 with a degree in accounting.
Parker enjoys playing golf, and he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, and he is happy to be the newest addition to the Jubilee Decor team!
